It’s not too often in business that I have an opportunity to voice my appreciation to what essentially amounts to a supplier. However I have taken a moment to reflect on the transition we made from our premises in Welshpool to the building you had located in Canning Vale. I recall having many conversations with many representatives of various companies that for the most part should have been happy to assist us in finding a new building to conduct our business. More so in these financial times. This was not to be, however and I truly feel for the building owners that are represented by the many that simply do not have their client’s best interests at heart.
With regard to yourself however, you are to be very applauded for your efforts. You undoubtedly had your clients interests in mind when you undertook to listen to what we required, and matched those requirements with listings in your control. Your ability to look outside the box and be solution driven is a rare commodity. The efforts you went too, to ensure all parties were kept well informed and comfortable were outstanding. With an air of professionalism you placed yourself between us the tenant, and your client the owner. You had made this transition not only easier; you had befriended both parties and became a part of each team. You have shown your enthusiasm that compliments your chosen field.
